Physicians and world-renown health experts offer weekly teleseminar series at no cost to the public.

(PRWEB) August 31, 2008 — Summer is ending and with Fall approaching, many people look to re-commit or start working again on important personal health goals to change unhealthy habits. If you’re looking to “act on your good intentions” regarding your own health, this may be the motivation and inspiration for you.

The goal of HealthTeleclass.com is to put the foremost health experts — Dr. Robert Young, Charlie Breeding, Dr. Norman Marvin, Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, Dr. Cheryle Hart, and Dr. Marilyn Joyce — together to increase people’s awareness and tools for improving healthy lifestyles.

The no-cost teleseminars are one-hour in lengthy offered on different dates in September at 9 p.m. EST. Typically, three hundred to nine hundred people take advantage of the free teleseminar series each week.

For example, on Sept. 9th at 9 p.m., Charlie Breeding (www.breedingtrust.com) speaks on how to improve time and priority management, and personal effectiveness during his program, “Making Time.” Details can be found by going to http://www.healthteleclass.com.

Given the aging “Baby Boomer” generation — born between 1946 and 1964 — more people are becoming increasingly health conscious, choosing to work to reduce their personal stress, anxiety and worry as well as improve their nutritional knowledge and coping skills.

“Today’s world is highly stressful, frenetic paces of everyday people compound the problem of health problems due to lack of coping skills — like organizational simplicity, ridding oneself of time-wasters, and becoming more focused on what is truly important,” said Charlie Breeding, one of the teleseminar guest speakers. The no-cost teleseminars information can be found at http://www.healthteleclass.com.
