The service is all-inclusive, from fruit sourcing through bottling, and clients can participate as much or as little as they like. With long-time grower relationships, the Finkelsteins source premium fruit from some of Napa Valleys most prestigious vineyards. Or if a MicroCrush client is a grape grower then your own grapes may be used. Clients choose which aspects of the winemaking experience in which they wish to be involved hands-on from picking and sorting the grapes to designing their own labels. Opportunities are provided to taste and discuss the wines progress with the winemakers. MicroCrush takes care of all technical aspects including wine analysis and label approval.

For those with limited time, Judds Hill MicroCrush Bottle Blending Day Camp is a personalized half-day winemaker-directed blending session that can be scheduled with only 24 hours notice. Clients create their own Bordeaux-style blend before it is hand-bottled with a personalized label and ready to take home the same day perfect for groups of six to twelve. Three, six and twelve bottle as well as full barrel quantities are available.
